Keith did not say that explicitly, but I'm assuming so too. Since going
through them saves me a deductible and keeps my personal claim record in
better shape, it makes sense to me to go through them for damages, but I
don't want to close the Sentry claim until Keith has clearly accepted
liability.

Assuming they do accept liability, can I get some support or guidance from
Sentry to be certain I'm not overlooking something?

I was unable to make contact with Keith but I did leave a message. I'm
assuming Keith has accepted liability for the accident? If so, are you
wanting to go thru them for your damages?

I was able to get a police report with a physical visit and can fax it to
you if needed. In a separate note, I provided contact info for Keith Shaw,
