medical part to this claim was a Chirporactor visit for which I sent you the
bill. If I haven't provided you with what you (and they) need, please let me
know.

Just for good measure, I plan to make an appointment with my personal
physician. Can you tell me what I might need to provide them so their
services can be billed and what I need from them so it gets appropriately
paid?

I have two letters from Sentry, one for each of the accidents. I have sent a copy of the first page for the second accident. The letters state "The attached appraisal represents the visible damage to your vehicle." and  " In accordance with the Ohio Claims Practices, receipt of the written estimate needs to be acknowledged by the vehicle owner by signing and returning this disclosure to the insurer."

 

No estimate was attached do either form, so I'm not certain what I am acknowledging or what I need to do. Can you clarify this?

Keith did not say that explicitly, but I'm assuming so too. Since going
through them saves me a deductible and keeps my personal claim record in
better shape, it makes sense to me to go through them for damages, but I
don't want to close the Sentry claim until Keith has clearly accepted
liability.

Assuming they do accept liability, can I get some support or guidance from
Sentry to be certain I'm not overlooking something?

Keith did not say that explicitly, but I'm assuming so too. Since going
through them saves me a deductible and keeps my personal claim record in
better shape, it makes sense to me to go through them for damages, but I
don't want to close the Sentry claim until Keith has clearly accepted
liability.

Assuming they do accept liability, can I get some support or guidance from
Sentry to be certain I'm not overlooking something?
