RE: Settlement 92A283845A241

Tim

I have two letters from Sentry, one for each of the accidents. I have sent a copy of the first page for the second accident. The letters state "The attached appraisal represents the visible damage to your vehicle." and  " In accordance with the Ohio Claims Practices, receipt of the written estimate needs to be acknowledged by the vehicle owner by signing and returning this disclosure to the insurer."

No estimate was attached do either form, so I'm not certain what I am acknowledging or what I need to do. Can you clarify this?

Thanks,

Jay Elkes

Jay,

I forwarded you a copy of the settlement letter and I faxed a copy to Keith. The letter shows the $250.00 deductible

Tim Shaw of Auto Owners said he would be willing to expedite paying my $250 deductible directly to me if you could fax him a declaration sheet showing that I have a $250 deductible.

His name is Keith Shaw

His fax is 614-866-5994

Their claim number is 12-571-12

All he needs to be able to see is that my policy has such a deductible.

I also called State Farm regarding the other claim. They indicated they would be able to do that after their client has finished with some paperwork.

Thank you,

Jay Elkes
