RE: Settlement 92A283845A241 and 92a282850

Tim,

 

Per our call this morning, it is my intention to resolve the claims with Sentry and ask you to resolve it with the other insurance companies. I am attaching the form Hans Gunderson requested I sign regarding aftermarket parts.  This should complete what you need to process claim  92a282850. I understand you will follow up with the other insurer for all damages, both what you paid me and my deductible.  

 

Support documents for the other claim will be sent separately.

To follow up on our conversation, the actual cash value on your 2002 Saturn was determined to be $3,950.00, + $1.00 for postage – the deductible of $250.00. The prior damage of $1,751.07 would also be deducted from the total loss settlement. Feel free to contact me with any questions. If you need a copy of our evaluation I can forward it to you.
